These 2 boutique townhouses are in the beachside suburb of Sandringham with seaside views and zoned living spanning 4 floors. The brief from our client, who is a luxury developer was to create opulence with a depth of floorplan flexibility. Through this vision of luxury, the best brands of finishes and fittings were used for this bayside project. The interiors encompass warmth, interest, natural textures, and a connection to the seaside views.
